IHOP

I wish I can give it 0 stars. Place is not busy. Waited 10 minutes to get our table for a group of 7. Then got our table, nobody said about who our server is then waited almost 10 mins still nobody to even get out drink order so we decided to walk out. It's been years that I came here and me and my family decided to give it another chance but it was epic fail. I've worked in restaurant business before when you are short handed you give your patrons a common courtesy so they know. And the manager today watch us get up and leave and it seems like they are used of people walking out. So.my recommendation retrain or hire new personnel that wants to work. Plus I don't think they were shorthanded today because watching a couple of servers just standing and just chatting. So I am sure

As always good service. I was helped immediately. Table was clean and tidy. Food was great and service was speedy and helpful. UPDATE 1: Fish & Fries & Jalapeno Bites were amazing too! More reasons to hit this place. UPDATE 2: Tried the Crispy Chicken Salad this time. Photo attached. Comes with 3 sauces option. UPDATE 3: Tried the Chicken Quesadilla Appetizer, another good choice.👍🏽

Visited IHOP with my kids and had a wonderful experience. Great food, pleasant atmosphere, clean environment, and the servers were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be returning

Today we went to eat at IHOP at Clayton Rd.Normally it is not halal, but we were told they serve halal food. We confirmed this on the phone before going, and after arriving we asked again if everything on the menu was halal. We were told yes. While placing our order, we specifically asked if the T-bone steak was halal, and the server confirmed that it was. However, after waiting about 20 minutes, they came back and apologized, saying the server was mistaken and that they do not have halal steak. We were asked to order something else. We then ordered classic burgers, but they were undercooked, not juicy, and had a stale, rubbery texture. It was very disappointing. We were also not given any napkins. Awesome food. Service was excellent. Update July 2021: This IHOP branch is a bit run down but the service and quality of food is still there. Service is awesome. It is great to see that management find great servers with super customer service skills. I am a fan and will always get my breakfast here when I get the chance.
