IHOP

My family came to this location a couple weeks ago and said it was the best iHop they ever had; it was sooo good! I decided to come with my friend today and it was absolutely amazing! I got the Mexican Tres Leches pancakes and my friend got biscuits and gravy. Our server, Tina, was so nice and attentive!

had such a great experience at the IHOP in DeLand that I just had to share it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and spotless. The staff here go above and beyond—every single person I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had a great visit. My food came out quickly, hot, and cooked perfectly. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious (honestly some of the best I’ve had), and the rest of the meal was just as impressive. Dirty tables since we arrived until we left approximately one hour. Buckets of dirty dishes are placed on top of the counter where food is dispensed, where waitresses add butter on plates, rags are left there. Our table had no utensils, we had ask for them a few times. Many waitresses and hostesses and no busser. Dishwasher man came out to get the dishes smh all dishes and utensils we're dirty. Nothing ready for customers, really.

Tricia was a wonderful server! She was sweet, funny, and FAST! BUT…the star of this experience…The cooks that made THIS! I asked for extra blueberry and whipped cream…They understood the assignment!! It was phenomenal!! Oh and I also got a little Jesus in my life! IYKYK! 🤣

I went to I hop for breakfast and had a great dining experience. Beth was our server and she took great care of us. She sat us quickly and took care of us. It was a busy Saturday morning but everything went smoothly. We didn’t even notice the wait time. Beth made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us kept us posted on our food. Was all around a pleasant meal.
