IHOP

I went to IHOP for National Pancake Day, and it honestly exceeded all my expectations. Even though it was packed (which is expected on Pancake Day), the staff handled everything incredibly well. The hostess greeted us right away, gave us an accurate wait time, and kept the line moving smoothly. You could tell the team was prepared for the rush. Once we were seated, our server was friendly, upbeat, and surprisingly attentive despite how busy it was. Drinks came out quickly, and our pancakes didn’t take long at all. Everything arrived hot and fresh, which impressed me considering how many orders they were handling. The pancakes were perfect — fluffy, golden brown, and soft in the middle with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The butter melted perfectly on top, and the syrup was

IHOP is okay, they need to work on their service more, plus their bathrooms were one of the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever been inside of. When I first got my drink, I saw that there was a bug inside! It was so gross it didn’t even taste like Mountain Dew. I didn’t even think that I was going to order any food, but I did anyway. The result… It was fine, nothing special. It’s just okay. The waiter would also leave so fast we couldn’t ask for anything like the check. 2 stars.

The staff was friendly and efficient. After a short wait, I received hot food that was good and I was checked on. It was a good experience!

We waited 10-15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us to sit us at one of the many empty tables. They sat us at one that was full of trash which we cleaned up and pushed to the side hoping our server would clean it up for us. We will never know a server never acknowledged us even though several walked past many times after 10-15 more minutes we decided to leave. It was quite disappointing since we usually have a good experience and tip very well even more during the holidays.

Food was cold. One order was incorrect. Waitress never came back to the table. The first time that I decided not to tip. I always tip but it was bad. I asked for a manager but did not get a response. My granddaughter left her gloves. We went back and was told they were not found ??
