There are key elements to a normal dining experience. Service, time of service, and quality of food. When, my fiancé, my daughter and I went to this establishment we came in to a nearly empty establishment and were hopeful for a timely dining experience as well as looking forward a hot meal. Boy were we wishing for the stars. We sat down and ordered our food within less than 5 minutes of arriving. And waited, and waited and waited, new customers came shuffling in and ordered, got their food, ate and left. We waited a total of 1 hour an 37 minutes until our food finally arrived, cold, and prepared poorly. When we first arrived around 12:45, we were told it’d be a 10-15 minute wait for a table. We ended up waiting 20 minutes, which was fine. Our poor waitress had to take our order twice because her tablet broke, and she forgot my friends gravy. I ordered the chicken strips and they were dry and came with five small, thin strips! My friends said their food was adequate. I probably won’t be back. The prices are crazy for the small amount of food you get.

Fast food on a plate.Small portions over priced and void of flavor. I ordered a bloody Mary and sent it back as it was tasteless. I think they just cheap tomato juice and not a bloody Mary mix. My breakfast came with ham, which looked and tasted like spam, link sausage which was grisely. The hashbtowns tasted like leftovers for the grill. My son ordered chicken fried steak. Which deep friend in fryer and was bitter like burnt left over fryer debris. The waitress was great though.

The serving staff was excellent. The kitchen staff needs help. It should not take over 45 minutes to make Eggs/bacon/waffle, especially when only 8 tables are in use. Never in my life have I gone to a restaurant and received bacon that was only 1.5 inches long and as thin as a potato chip. Every restaurant in Grants Pass serves nice thick and long slices of bacon. Not IHOP. Change your supplier and serve real bacon. Might be a good idea to work on "how to serve hot food." GEEEEEZZZZZZ

This is our first time here and we love it. The restaurant is clean with warm and cozy ambiance. Customer service is great. Food is delicious. My chicken wings taste better than some of the restaurants that we’ve tried. Too bad they forgot the pancake but very satisfied overall.
