IHOP

I’m not from this area but had a meeting nearby. I was starving after my meeting and I was in the mood for a burger. Christina (a wonderful person) the hostess I think told me there was a 15 minute wait. It was more like 12 minutes. She took my order and I ended up getting the steak tips and eggs breakfast. I am so glad I did. It was delicious and filling. My bill was $25.49 I think. I expected it to be around there and so I left $30.00. The place was busier than I expected which was nice. I will have to check out and see if you have locations in San Francisco. If so I hope the staff are nice as Christina. Again, she was wonderful. Thank you for reading. Have a great day

The food was not done. We were denied our military discount on Veterans Day. Our meal was not compensated for the breakfast not being done. We were discriminated against and ask if we wanted hot sauce. I guess cause we are black. What would we put hot sauce on ??? I never go here again Obviously our service isn’t appreciated here

This IHOP is definitely an IHOP of its own. The building itself was probably refurbished from a previously closed down business, but strangely, it just makes it all the more intriguing to dine in. Much later on after I finished my meal, I asked the store manager if I may charge my phone while I waited for the restroom so that I may leave a review, only to find out that she is the granddaughter to the original store owner, her great grandmother. I thought it was all the more touching that the family business was still being passed down through the generations. As I stepped into the building, the main host had just stepped off with the customer ahead of me to seat him with a menu in hand, and not even 5 seconds later, the manager glides toward me and asks with such a soothing calm and sweet

Yazmin was outstanding, Professional and She was knowledgeable. She knew the menu and made it easier for us.

Everything is great in here with the food and servers and atmosphere but the problem I'm having today is it being so so hot in here that I am dripping sweat from my face and body and starting to get quickly dehydrated filling like I'm going to pass out so I'm constantly drinking water. Please get your air conditioning fixed because you can actually kill people up in here with how hot it is up in here.. I'm hearing alot of people feeling very hot and people fanning theimselves and their children and also hearing how they feel like they're going to pass out. This is an emergency and again the air conditioner needs to be fixed I'm sure you guys can get in trouble for this if people start passing out in here
