IHOP

We came in with a large group of 10 and our server, Brook was absolutely amazing! She was constantly checking in to ensure every order was correct and kept our drinks topped off the whole time. She engaged in conversations and even cracked a few jokes. It’s so rare to get such attentive service with a big crowd, but she stayed on top of everything. Exceptional service!

Well we came in at dinner time, I guess that was our mistake. We have been pleased in the past when we came during breakfast hours. Tonight 11/24/25 7:10pm there were 2 other tables in the restaurant when we arrived, we ordered and then waited 40 min for our food. When it arrived my eggs were inedible. (See photo). I don’t like to send stuff back but I did since couldn’t eat them. The 2nd batch was only slightly better (see 2nd photo). My husband ordered his omelette cooked light and it was over cooked as well. It was disappointing to spend $35 on breakfast food and it not be better than this.

Chris is an AWESOME waiter! Fast & attentive! I love ihop! There are not many restaurants for breakfast in the city but ihop is one of my favorites! Under the leadership of general manager Ms Ginger it’s 10 out of 10

Our server, Destiny, was absolutely awesome! She really took great care of us and made the whole experience feel personal. The service was fast, everything was clean, and she was so sweet and attentive the entire time. We’ll definitely be asking for her from now on. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly, a great experience! Food was hot, 97.5 sanitation rating, great service.
