I ordered the chicken fried steak with bottomless pancakes, and everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The real highlight was the first round of pancakes I tried — the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. They were absolutely "out of this world*". Fluffy, rich, and perfectly balanced with that sweet strawberry cheesecake flavor. Easily one of the best pancake variations I’ve had. What a Jewell. Boise newest sushi restaurant with Omakase experience offering fresh fish cut to perfection. I was there for a visit and had a pleasant experience on their opening night. The space is sophisticated and vibrant.The knowledge and care shows from the moment that you step at the door. Professional and charismatic employees who are delighted to assist. The cucumber starter is a great small bite to get the digestion juices flowing. I dine with two others and every dish that we ordered was well executed.
