IHOP

I have never had chicken and waffles, or IHOP and I won't lie it's pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended it and the Rockford team. Thanks for the great experience.

We went here on March first, went in and noticed it was a bit busy so we knew it was going to take a bit, we got seated pretty quickly but when we sat down it was at the tiniest table they possibly had, and the table had so much stuff on it that there was no room for anything else, I ordered the country fried steak which came with pancakes, and an Arnold Palmer, waitress claims they didn’t have that so I clarified that it was just half tea and half lemonade, she looked annoyed when I said that as well (not a lot of people know what an Arnold Palmer is so that’s what I clarified) we waited for awhile on our food and other people were sat during this time, we finally get our food and it was mostly cold, except for the country fried steak, pancakes were cold, my partners French toast was cold

I ordered gluten free cinnamon stack pancakes, AMAZING!!!! Mom had onion rings and BLT. Great service and great food! There was just a slight draft where we sat. We were a little chilly, but had plenty of coffee refills to help. ☺️

So I was here so I got the steak omelette I also ordered buttermilk pancakes too . And a shake and a drink . What happened exactly was . So I asked my steak to have pink in it . What happened was when the food got to my table . It looked so gross very dry wasn’t even pink at all . And the pancakes were cold tasted not love put into the pancakes. And what happened was I tryed to eat the streak I had couple bites of the steak and it was like leather even the egg tasted like powder eggs it was even good either . I remember the sever the other workers like the cook were staring at me the entire time I was here .. made me so uncomfortable I came on a not busy day either wasn’t barley anybody here . I don’t know why the food was so horrible but yes I did spit out the steak egg into a napkin and

It's an IHOP, and it's about the same as any other location. However, I got charged a dollar to put cheese on my eggs, and they weren't even warm enough to melt said cheese when they got to me. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, but the pricing and the quality didn't match up.
