Aziz and everyone else provided exceptional service during our breakfast trip to IHOP! We felt very welcome from the moment we stepped in and all throughout our time there. The food was brought out in a very timely manner and Aziz even brought us a special crepe, which he decorated in front of us. 10/10 recommend, always a great experience for my family and I!
Bessie was our server with trainee Krystal, they both did great jobs and took very good care of us during our visit. For Krystal's first day, I can tell she is going to be an excellent server. Also, there were greeters at the door, which I thought was very nice. The food was perfect. The manager was also checking with the customers to see if everything was going good. Overall great place to eat.
The IHOP on Spring Cypress Road and 249 in Tomball, Texas, consistently delivers an awesome breakfast experience that sets it apart from your average pancake house. This location has become our go-to spot when craving American breakfast. Despite being a busy Sunday morning with a line out the door and about eight parties ahead of us, the seating process was incredibly efficient. The staff and cooks quickness and organization is impressive and immediately signals a restaurant that values its customers. Once seated, the positive experience continued. Our server, Amelia, was on top of everything and friendly. She ensured we had everything we needed without us having to flag her down. I absolutely love coming here with my family. We are very loyal to our server Sami ! He knows our orders as soon as we come in, and he is very attentive, not only us but all of his customers as well. This has become a part of our weekly tradition and I can’t wait to come back again. Perryman Family
