Il Colosseo Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria

My first time here and I had the baked ziti. It was a large portion and I, personally, enjoyed the sauce and seasoning. I tasted my husband's pizza and I liked it , it was a Colossal pizza. Our server was very cheerful and very interactive. She checked with us several times. I did not get her name but will look for her next time.

Pizza has a great crust and there are many wonderful options. Many of the veggies are canned so I try to stick to the basics. Great spot for pick up to feed a crowd.

This is the BEST restaurant period!!! Tried using one of the delivery apps tonight and the delivery company FAILED 100%! The wonderful people at the restaurant fixed everything on their own with efforts too many to mention!!! This will ALWAYS be my favorite restaurant as long as we are fortunate enough to have them in our area. If you haven't tried it do yourself a favor and give them a shot! They are FANTASTIC!!!

I heard, from what I thought was a reliable source, that there was not any good pizza in Salsbury... they were wrong! The waitress was delightful and the pizza was very good! New York Style, thin crust that is made in site and pizza was enjoyed as well as hospitality!! Had our first cheerwine there as well!

Being Italian in NC it isn't always easy to find good Italian food and authentic pizza. Never disappointed with anything we have ordered from IL Colosseo. Try their white pizza. The taste is fresh and the crust is perfect. Thier Chicken Masala tastes like home.
