Il Mulino New York - Uptown

We visited this restaurant on Valentine’s Day to celebrate our anniversary. Due to how busy the evening was, the main dishes did not quite meet our expectations. After we shared our feedback, the owner kindly reached out and invited us back for another dinner. The second experience was absolutely wonderful—the food was exquisite, the service exceptional, and the attention to detail impressive. We truly appreciated the effort and hospitality shown to us. Highly recommended!

My friend and I pulled our usual we didn’t make reservations and waited until we were hungry to find a place to sit down for dinner. Luckily we found this place after being turned away twice, but u wouldn’t have it any other way. This is dinner and a show with the most top notch service. The staff wasted no time in taking out coats and getting us seated. Before we even got the menu we got served with cheese and bruschetta. Shortly after we got the specials read to us and then the menu’s. They make the pasta in front of you. If that was not convincing enough they serve the best Passito while we had dessert. They also have a Sunday dinner special! I will definitely be returning, it felt like I was on vacation.

Il Mulino uptown was my home away from home since day 1! Now Il Mulino Madison will be. Had dinner last night with family and truly exceptional as always. The new sauce is elegant, warm and inviting! The menu sublime as always, the staff top tier. Wayne the GM is beyond accommodating, kind and professional. Mirsada - head of the bar will make you the best Dirty or Lichee Martini with smiles upon arriving and throughout your night. Everyone one on the line from kitchen and servers show up. Beautiful flower arrangements aswell. A must try. Cheers

I never went to the former location but now it's in my nabe! The service is perfection, very attentive but not rushed. The food was delicious and the bread and cheese starter course would have been a meal for me on a regular day. The staff was very good about catering to veg diners. The prices are what you would expect for a high end restaurant in the area. not cheap, but the service and extra touches make it a worth while destination.

One of the best Italian meals I've had in New York in a while - the ravioli was absolutely to die for and left me ravenous I couldn't get enough of it and found myself thinking about it all day It really is that good. And I can’t forget the service which was top notch!
