Illumination/Funk Brewing West End Taproom

The food was good, the drinks were great, and the service was excellent. The staff is super friendly and warm. The vibes is pretty dope honestly it has a 360 glass view basically where you can get a good vantage point of outside. It happened to be snowy so it looked like a winter wonderland story honestly.

We LOVE the West End Taproom! The food is always incredible, service is always outstanding and SO GLAD they added some cider options to the draft system (keep 'em coming, please :) )! Our favorite local place and even our picky kids love coming here. All the servers know of my daughter's 'quirks' and ensure that she gets her 'tap water' and chicken nuggets with honey every time.

Pretty chill atmosphere, greenhouse section is unique. We sat at the bar. Employees were pleasant. We ordered two APP’s and both were good. Beer from Funk was good.

We enjoyed some hand tossed, wood fire pizza. Both were delicious. They have a great beer selection of their local craft beer. The Citrus IPA was refreshing. On a previous visit we had the Hot and Honey Chicken sandwich and my daughter would highly recommend them. You have to use a kiosk to order food and there is no table service. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs way up and look forward to future visits.

Update: We went back again. It's still super good. We got an order of wings this time along with our pizzas. They were also really good. You just can't go wrong with this place!!! It's one of my top 3 restaurants! I can't say enough good stuff about this place! It was our second good experience. This time, We arrived right at 4:00 when they opened. We were the only people there. Armand waited on us. He informed us the order yourself kiosk was gone ( which was the only thing I didn't like the previous time). I told him im a coors light girl. He gave me a sample of 2 beers he thought I might like. The grape shandy was really, really good. Then he suggested the pickle pizza. IT WAS SLAMMIN! I had half regular and half the dirty Richard ( you will understand when you read the menu). BOTH side
