In-N-Out Burger

We had one of our team members from work go pick up food and gave her a list with everyones names and their orders. They took the list and asked if we wanted them to separate everyones orders in separate bags and they also took the time to add their names and made it so much easier for us. I know how busy they get so this meant a lot and it was great customer service! 10/10!!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. The Staff that works there are just so courteous. Our order was fast not too busy inside but always a long line at the take away side. The washroom was so clean, I appreciate that.

I visited the IN N OUT establishment located in north Livermore Ca, and I ordered two cheeseburgers and waited very anxiously and excited, my order because they had recommended me to eat here, when they finally gave me my order, the smell and the presentation were very good and well I started to taste my cheeseburger and I was enjoying it to the fullest because the cheeseburger was delicious, when suddenly it occurred to me to open the cheeseburger to see the ingredients inside and omg 😱 I found a hair or facial hair in my cheeseburger 🫣🫣 I was frozen and wanted to teleport to another time and in another space at that moment because I had already eaten half of my cheeseburger and everything rich and delicious disappeared at that moment 🤢🫥 that's right friends and followers a beautiful faci

I had the so called protein burger with grilled onions and it was beyond gross. The patty paper thin , tiny diced onions and the grease was beyond gross. My lettuce was fresh thank goodness so it was able to hold the grease. It had to have been half cup of grease …… the fries are always COLD ! Not sure if I’ll eat there again . My stomach took awhile to recover from the grease. I was hungry and should’ve stopped !

In-N-Out is always so consistent. From the burgers, to the drinks, to even the layout of the restaurant. Therefore, it is hard to have a bad experience at In-N-Out. Their burgers are salty and savory to the perfect amount, but I think the fries could use some more flavor. The animal fries are good though. Another complaint I have is the cleanliness. It gets really busy and chaotic at In-N-Outs, especially when I went to this location, so employees don't always have the time to focus on cleaning crumbs and spills off of the seats and tables. The employees are great at what they do, though. I had a great time stopping by on my way home from a road trip. 4/5.
