In-N-Out Burger

We always make it a point to stop at In-N-Out on our trips from Fort Worth to Houston and back. The burgers are consistently delicious, and the service is always friendly. However, we’ve noticed that the fries have been a bit hit or miss. Mostly a miss. They tend to come out burnt and overdone, even when we ask to exchange the burnt ones, the new ones come out the same.

Was really looking forward to having in-n-out but didn’t love it as much as usual. Maybe they were having an off afternoon because many other reviews for this location are great. Our burgers were lukewarm and the bread was a bit hard in places. The fries were as good as always which we enjoyed, but missed that great burger to go along with it.

Always delicious, lightning fast, and the most friendly staff I've experienced at a fast food restaurant. I honestly have no complaints. Even the price is very competitive with other fast food. It's cheaper than DQ, McDonald's, and Sonic, and it's much better. I love the decor as well. Idk why, but it feels like I'm on a Caribbean island as a tourist. Highly recommend!

It's a burger joint, what kind of atmosphere you think they have? I've been a few times. This last time the fries were old and cold. I always eat fries first, all of them, so they didn't sit around on my tray. The burger was excellent as always. The complimentary pickled peppers are honestly my favorite. Their service team is on par with Chick-fil-A.

Its fast food so of course its most likely trash, right? We'll it was worse than expected even. Looked decent for the slop it is but the fries... old and cold! The worst fries I've ever beholded. The animal style slop on top wasnt even covering that stale crap quality up. The burgers... dry, very thin, flavorless. All I tasted was wet lettuce and tomato. Boring, over hyped trash. The guy on the drive thru taking the order was very polite and professional for what he does, though. 🫡
