Incredible Burger

My daughter and I stopped by Incredible Burger while visiting the mall, and the experience was excellent. The staff greeted us warmly, offered a sample, and took the time to explain what we were eating, which made us feel truly welcomed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. Customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. If you’re at the mall and looking for fresh, good food, this is definitely a place worth stopping by. We will absolutely be back.

10/2025 Actually impressed although it’s definitely more expensive. Tried the sample then went for the hot Cheeto burger. Had jalapeno and was seasoned nicely like not too salty. Burger was $12 but after tax $15.13 and I didn’t get fried or a drink.

They were offering samples while I was in the food court last night and the burger was so soft and tender and juicy. I ordered the signature burger and it was probably the best burger I’ve ever had. It’s on the more expensive side and everything is ala carte - the fries were okay. But the burger is what really stole the show. Would definitely go back for it!

The burgers and fries are excellent, I do recomend it. Is not like any other burger I triada, the servicio was cool and the food was ready like in 7min or less, and we orden 5 burgers and 5 fries. Andrea was so nice, smile her back, she deserve it.

NOT WORTH IT!! I thought i'd give this place a try after a long day of shopping. I was so hungry too but this just was such a disappointment. Firstly, ordering seemed like a hassle. All I asked for was an Incredible Burger with no cheese. The server seemed to not understand and so I had to say it about 5 times. When I got home to eat my food, I was shocked that there was no Incredible sauce on it. Meanwhile they're giving samples with the incredible sauce on it. So I had to put mayo on it instead or else it would be dry. Turns out the burger wasn't even fully cooked. HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP? Completely disappointed and now I have to get something else to eat. Also the cheese fries are okay but the presentation was real messy. If you're at the mall, just get something other than Incredible
