Indian Food Truck in Seattle Premium Outlet Mall

Tried this Indian food truck today 12/14/2025 at the outlet mall while shopping and decided to give it a shot since I was craving Indian food. I ordered the Chole Kulche, and overall it was just okay. The portion of chole that came with the kulche was quite small, especially compared to what was shown on the menu, which was a bit disappointing. Also they do not look same as shown in picture The kulche itself was average—soft but nothing memorable or special. The chole had a very strong tomato-forward flavor and leaned slightly sour, lacking the depth of spices you’d usually expect. It also appeared quite oily, which made it feel a bit heavy. Tried the Paneer Noodle Burger and Tikki Noodle Burger, and honestly—it tasted just like food back in India! The flavors were so authentic and comforting, it instantly reminded me of street food from India and home-style cooking. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. If you’re craving real Indian taste, this place is a must-try. Highly recommended! Came from Canada and tried out the food from this place, totally worth it!

This Indian food truck absolutely nails it. The food was excellent — hot, fresh, and honestly some of the best I’ve had from a truck anywhere in Seattle. They even hand you a little beeper so you know exactly when your order’s ready, which keeps everything organized and quick. What really stood out, though, was the vibe. The little girl up front, casually playing on her phone, added this unexpected touch of warmth and family that made the whole experience feel more personal. It’s the kind of small moment that reminds you you’re supporting real people, not just another business. Great food, great service, great energy. I’ll definitely be coming back.
