Indian Fusion Food Truck

I wish google will put some negative stars to use for this food truck. One chai, one samosa chat and one chicken biryani take almost 45 minutes to the table and biryani portion remember Chinese street food in Hyderabad city. Just portion only not the taste. Honestly if you ask me I will request google to re review there ratings everything sucks but still got 4.3 rating. People please don’t spoil your health by seeing this rating. Not recommended for any food at all…..

Indian Fusion Food Truck is a food truck that serves delicious Indian food. They are located close to the state park near the Hyatt Hotel and have opened just a couple months ago. The owner is very friendly and tries to connect with all the customers. We tried the samosa chat, biryani, aloo paratha and dosa and everything was delicious. Their aloo paratha and veg biryani were the best. The place itself is clean and they serve their food with a smile. The only thing is they have limited seating so might get crowded during weekends and holidays. Definitely recommend if you want to have Indian food during your trip to Niagara falls.

Amazing food with desi feel. The best part was that everything (even papdi in papdi chaat) was handmade from stratch. No frozen or preserved food. We really enjoyed the welcoming nature and good vibes from the food truck.

This place has authentic Indian food, cute little Indian place with outdoor seating. Place is close by to Niagara State Park. I had the best chaat and mango lassi here.

This is our first time in Buffalo. When we landed and were hungry like anything. We found this gem and thought of calling about the availabilities. The guy over the phone was sooo nice and kind. He delivered food for four of us on that night with so negligible delivery fee! We ordered our lunch and dinner the next day as well. The roti, chana masala, achar, veggie everything was soo perfect and affordable as well! Thank you Indian Fusion! I will definitely recommend this food truck to my friends and family from Texas and also order from you when we revisit inshaaAllah! Best of luck! ✨🦋
