Indi's Chicken

Let me start out this adventure with word of mouth. I was talking with my mom one day and she told me how her friend went to Indi’s chicken and the food was excellent, of course I had to give it a try so I jumped in the car and made my way down. Walking in you notice the open kitchen and everything is super clean including the bathrooms which I always check first. I get greeted by a very friendly young man as I’m greeted I smile and tell them “I heard you got some of the best fried chicken in Clearwater” and I’m going to say this is correct. The staff were friendly and labeled the box’s cause I like mine spicy. I picked up order of regular fried 3 piece chicken, a 3 piece of spicy fried chicken, and a brisket dinner. Along with this I picked up sides of collard greens, wedges, sweet potato

This place has amazing fried chicken—perfectly crispy and really juicy. You can tell it’s freshly made. Great taste, good portion, and the price is very fair. Highly recommended!

On Fridays, they serve a fish fry, so we ordered the catfish. The crispy cornmeal batter was excellent, and the homemade hot sauce added just the right amount of heat. The sides are clearly homemade, and you can taste the difference. Our hostess, who is also the owner, recommended the 3-piece combo since it was our first visit. The fried chicken had a loud, crispy crunch with tender, juicy meat inside—absolutely phenomenal. We’ll definitely be back!

Service was super friendly and courteous. Fried chicken is amazing!!! Crispy coating, juicy inside and NOT GREASY!! Comes in mild regular and spicy. Dinning room is no frills table and chairs but you dont need anything else with chicken this good!! Check out the size of the chicken breast and wings we got in our family pack - no skinny chicks here! lol

Fried chicken is the king here and the breast was so juicy and flavorful. The pieces are HUGE, and the prices are reasonable. Good is served warm and with a smile. Nice to see a craft beverage on tap versus the big guys, and always good to support local.
