The BEST GF products I’ve ever tasted. I was previously ordering bagels online from Modern Bagel because I had yet to find a “true” bagel anywhere in Charlotte. I found Cynthia and found what I’ve been searching for! They freeze beautifully and toast up with a perfect chew. All of her products are amazing but she is the best part of this business. When is kind, passionate about baking GF and super responsive. Order now and also don’t skip on the cinnamon rolls 🤤

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the focaccia with rosemary and sea salt, muffins, and a baguette…all baked to perfection. I had to stop myself from eating it all in one day! The best gluten free baked goods I’ve ever had. Definitely a MUST try! I will for sure be ordering again (and again and again!)

I started my gluten-free journey, not too long ago and was so ecstatic when I heard about Cynthia's bakery. All of her treats are amazing!!! The cinnamon bagels, cupcakes and the focaccia are delish!!

Literally so obsessed with the 7 layer brownies (iykyk). But absolutely should try the vanilla cupcakes with EXTRA vanilla icing & the focaccia bread for charcuterie boards! 😍 special shoutout to the fudge cake too!
