Inkazteka Restaurant

I have never had a ground beef chimichanga seasoned as well as the one I had from this restaurant. I was so excited when I got it. I forgot to take a picture. What’s interesting about this restaurant is its Peruvian heritage. The cuisines they have on their menu are very unique. It was a pleasure to support a local business and we will be back! My meal included beef strips, chicken, shrimp and Chorizo and all of it was cooked to perfection and the seasoning was great.

Not many Peruvian options in the area, but by far my favorite after today. I had the ceviche (spicy and not pictured here) and we also ordered arroz chaufa and tallarín saltado. Really nice flavors and great service. Super quick too! The location is somewhat outdated in a strip mall, if you some here definitely come for the food!

Wow. What a delicious treat in an unassuming spot in Dillonvale neighborhood!!! The Barzon burrito was filled with authentic Peruvian flavor! The steak, chicken, and beef were all cooked to perfection and retained their respective flavors beautifully. The pineapple slices on top added a bit of sweetness which helped complement the spice of the beef very well. The tortilla and rice held their forms so well with neither having even a hint of sogginess. At first J was worried about the value of the $19 dish but believe it is at value to the taste and portion of the dish. What a delicious dinner!!

I got the Ceviche and it was incredible! Savored every bite. I definitely want to come back and work my way through the menu because everything looked amazing! The only negative is that it was crazy hot inside the restaurant. They definitely need their AC fixed so go get some food there and give them your money! 🫵🏼

At Inkazteka, you don't have to choose between quality & quantity! The Burrito Barzon is two and half meals. I never thought pineapple would go so well with choriqueso. And then I have never had anything quite like the Chicharron de Chancho. Very unique olive sauce and hot sauce that came with it.
