My sister-in-law was gravely mislead into thinking that Innovative Deliveries would provide good, honest employment for her and her growing family. Many things were promised in the onboarding and contracting process that were never fulfilled over the 2 weeks that she worked there. Chief among the unfulfilled promises in her contract is an entire week that she worked without pay. I understand that Amazon contracts this company to do deliveries, so I am going to file a recommendation to them to cease using Innovative Deliveries’ services on the grounds of its predatory employment practices and disastrous / non-existent HR policies.

This company has misleading job posts that resulted in a huge waste of our time. They do not pay what is promised.
