Insomnia Cookies

I guess for $4-$6 a cookie I expected more, both smaller and less tasty than I hoped. I'm not saying the cookies are bad, but they're about what you'd expect at a bake sale. Definitely not warm when delivered and I'm less than a mile from the store.

For $3 I got a mashed chocolate chip cookie that was gone in 3 bites.For me the cookies are over priced for what you get and they were out of a few of the delux flavors I wanted to try by mid afternoon on a Saturday. I think the big selling point is it was a warm cookie, but that isn't enough to have me come back.

The service was great, great atmosphere to hangout with friends but I do think the prices are a bit much for what you get. The ice cream is a 6/10 and the cookies are okay. Definitely give it a try sometime

Very disappointing customer service. This was our first time visiting, and we even mentioned that to the employee unfortunately that made no difference there was still no greeting or acknowledgment at all. Every time we asked a question, she was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, often saying she didn’t know. When it came time to order, things only got worse. We asked for a 6-pack of classic cookies — 2 Cookies & Cream, 2 Snickerdoodle, and 2 Chocolate Mint — but she responded with attitude, saying she only had one of each and that it was “too early in the morning,” as if we should have known that. The tension in the room was noticeable from the moment we walked in. She seemed unhappy and unmotivated, not someone who should be working with customers. Unfortunately, this experience complet

Their gluten free chocolate chip cookie is great and also happens to be vegan. My vegan friends love their vegan cookies though occasionally they are out of certain flavors so 4 stars
