Amanda had the best customer service she was sweet just like the cookies. This is a must try. Everything is warm amd delicious ans fresh.

Nothing bad about the cookies, they hit every time. We ordered 7 times in a few months (mind your business), but apparently they dropped our house from the delivery area. I understand its a drive, but it would have been nice to get a warning before it dropping.

We’ve heard good things about Insomnia cookies, and as a person with a dairy allergy, I was excited to hear that they have a few vegan options now. They have three; vegan chocolate chunk, vegan double chocolate chunk, and vegan birthday cake. I decided to try the vegan chocolate chunk and double chocolate chunk, and we waited for about 15 minutes for them, as the staff told us they were in the process of baking fresh ones, as they had run out. (I have zero complaints about the staff, by the way, they were fine.) When the cookies were ready, a staff member brought them over to us in a box, and I popped the lid. The cookies were disappointingly small for the price, and the chocolate “chunks” appear to be just a standard-sized chocolate chip made square-ish. But hey, I’m sure they must taste

Haven’t stopped in an insomnia since undergrad. Loveeee their cookies. Service was quick and the staff were helpful. This location seems to be in a good spot as it quickly got busy as soon as we left.
