For dine in guest it is very dark inside the location not sure if customers don't usually eat inside but there were no lights in the dining area (we were the only ones inside). Lady at the front taking orders tried to be friendly but phone skills and customer service needs work especially for first time guests. Breakfast and lunch options avaliable. A bit pricey, we spent $45 for 2 plates. Grits were super buttery but the fried chicken wings were just OK. Portion size is good they put food in to go boxes even for dine in guest. Things got a little sketchy after waiting there for our food; about 10 others (male and female) came inside not ordering food but sat around us talking amongst themselves like they were going to rob us. For the price, this is a good affordable lunch after a morning paddle at Peanut Island. 1 person meal is around $16. Of you're not picky its worth tryiny. Potato Salad and dirty rice- the best! just like how my Aunt makes it in Louisiana Fried Catfish, Fried Shrimp and Chicken wings - great! Just a regular hole in the wall no frills lunch spot.

My first time there was a great experience the young lady suggested I do the snapper cut cut up with that and the sides I ordered which 1 was the mac and cheese it was crazy good along with the fish which was even better. I'm going to go back for the breakfast because the chefs cooking takes me back when I was a young man so I can only imagine how good her fish,grits and eggs are. I highly recommend this place to anyone don't judge it by what you see outside because it's far from what it appears so do yourself a favor and GO.

Good portions, freshly fried and tasted great! Stopped in after a day at Peanut Island due to the high reviews. We ordered 3 separate dishes including chicken and various seafood items. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! My boy loved the lemon pepper fried chicken the most. Did not disappoint and everyone was kind and pleasant. 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely visit again when we're back in the area.

I was looking for a quick bite to eat while waiting for my boarding time. Found this hidden gem, set across from an automotive shop. It didn’t even look open. I had bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Hubby had garlic shrimp and grits. Food was amazing!
