Ippolito's Neighborhood Italian

I have to say the service will bring me back every time. Stephanie who seems to wear so many hats was more than attentive and incredibly aware of both staff and customers. I watched her handle a situation where her staff was being mistreated and she was not afraid to rectify the situation. 2 seconds later she is at the bar and giving her best to my family and I all without flinching. Her outstanding customer service along with a few other staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and attentive. I'm so glad to see customer service is still important at this establishment. I will be back!

I went to this restaurant recently for my birthday party and it was incredible. Our server (I didn't catch her name but she said she recently turned 40) made this genuinely one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. She was just so kind and thoughtful, like suggesting to my parents to surprise me with a birthday cake for the whole group I brought and checking with them what flavor I would like. Every one of my friends that attended (the majority of which had never dined there before) were gushing afterwards about what an amazing experience they had at Ippolitos because of her. Just overall amazing time!

Service was a bit slow for a Monday night at 630. Can get loud. Food is decent normally. I purchased the rigatoni special recently and it was a super small bowl while everyone around me had huge full pasta plates for the same price. Won't get that special again. Overall good Italian place.

This was our first time visiting and it was unusually busy for a Saturday at 5:45pm; however, we were willing to wait 20 min for a table. It was well worth the wait! Even with a packed house and several large groups, the service was fantastic (thanks, Mark), and the food came out quickly and amazingly good! We did not order dessert but sat near the fresh dessert fridge. Next time we will save room because all the cakes and pies looked so good! We will be back again soon!

GEE WHIZ those bread knots are to die for!!! My favorite italian place frfr. i have dreams about the bread. traveled 2 hours to have them and it was worth it
