Food: Food is okay in general. Meat portions are generous, but the two disappointing items are 1. pork chop - it tasted like it’s not fully defrosted 2. Shrimp - on the menu it says they serve tiger shrimp but they are small Service: Service is rushed, and the server was a little impatient when he mentioned to us it is our last order but he didn’t mention that we can only have 2 more orders of meat. We wanted a minute to decide what to order but he rushed us saying we have to decide now. However, some other servers are pretty observant and are quick to swap out the plates when things started burning. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it a great place to go with friends or a group. It can get busy, but that just adds to the energy and overall vibe of the restaurant. The food is honestly the highlight. The meat selection is really good, with a variety of beef, pork, and chicken options that are flavorful and well marinated. Being able to grill everything at the table makes the experience even better, and everything cooks evenly and tastes fresh. Korean BBQ is one of my all time favorites, and Iron age is my absolute favorite Korean BBQ spot. This is strictly a praise piece as I've been at least a half dozen times and would rate it 10/10 everytime. Located in an small shopping strip in Rockville iron age finds itself frequently bustling with customers and supper attentive waiters . If you're looking to go for a special occasion you may want to make reservations. Once you get your table you'll be able to start selecting your meets, and I highly recommend starting with spicy pork bulgogi. Just an incredibly tender meet that melts in your mouth. I hit up Iron Age the other night and oh man--it was a total 5/5 vibe. Think AYCE (all-you-can-eat) Korean BBQ where you're the chef at your own table. They bring trays of meat right to you, and the servers will even grill or flip stuff if you ask-no more burnt brisket mishaps here

I visited this restaurant with a colleague, and I am glad he recommended it! The atmosphere makes the dining experience nothing short of AMAZING! The staff were outstanding and very knowledgeable about the menu and provided support throughout our lunch. The food is delicious, and there are endlessn options for every palate. I really enjoyed the entire experience and am looking forward to returning.
