Isaac's Craft Kitchen & Brewery - Mechanicsburg

This place was a cute little bar and grill hidden amongst hotels, so it has a great location. The waitress that greeted us was so sweet and welcoming and was definitely the best part of our experience. The bar area is very small, and there were a dozen craft beers made by this brewery on tap. I got the Flamingo Del Sol and it was pretty solid for a Mexican lager. I also got a margarita, which was rather pricey for the size (it came in a martini glass), but it was made with Pennsylvania spirits, so at least you're supporting local. As for the food, it was pretty standard lunch-type food. A lot of creative sandwiches, plus a few wraps, flatbreads, and salads. I’ve been here a few times now and love it! I’m huge on sandwich and soups. This is right up my alley and right by the hotel I stay at. The sandwiches are delicious with tasty sauces. I like the complementary pickles. Very tasty. The drinks are good and refreshing. I had the fruit tea passion fruit and it hit the spot!

Don't get me wrong, the workers were very nice and the food was delicious. My main reason for less stars is that the prices were super high for what you got. I went with the large soup and 1/2 sandwich meal. The large soup alone is $9.29. I get that being house made is slightly pricey and it was good, but $9 is very steep. The 1/2 sandwich wasn't a half. It was a small slider. I was very disappointed for $18. Worst value for my money so far despite being delicious.

A coworker recommended I go here for lunch and I was not disappointed! I ordered the chicken tenders and fries and a brownie a la mode and they were all good! The chicken and fries were fresh, and the brownie and peppermint ice cream tasted homemade. I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

On 1/18/26 my family went to Isaac's for dinner after a day of skiing at Roundtop. The drinks, food and service was all great. I would gladly return the next time I'm in the area. Shaylie R. was our server and she was fantastic!
