Island Spice

We came in off of a recommendation and it was well worth it. Food was good atmosphere was good. Music was good. We very much enjoyed ourselves. We come back in town again. We will be here.

Came for a night out with friends, was not disappointed. The male bartender was definately a vibeee, and the Music was great *chefs kiss*. Only had a few drinks, didn't order any food, so can't speak on that. But the drinks were strong but tasty. The only negative is that there was only one bathroom 😔 Will def come to again the next time I'm in Houston.

Really like coming to island spice for the braised oxtails. This time I came back and the oxtail and beef patties did not disappoint. I was however disappointed by the Mac and cheese - it was pretty bad taste and texture wise. May have just been a miss, but it definitely can be approved upon especially for the wait. I’ll still be back for the oxtails.

Visiting town on a business trip and stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The oxtail pasta was absolutely amazing. Tender, juicy, flavorful and delicious. Mark anthony was one of the best servers I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend coming to see what all the hype is about

Great food! We stopped at this restaurant on our way to our VRBO from the airport based off reviews. Nobody stretched the truth. We both ordered the goat curry and were very impressed. The flavor was amazing! The portions were a good size and they were not stingy with the meat. I wish this was in my hometown so I could eat there more often. I will also mention that the bathroom was clean which is not always the case in bars like this one. Great job!
