We were here on New Years Eve (probably the busiest night) and there were 7? Of us. The service wasn't fast but it was good and the staff were working there butts off. I truly appreciate them. The food was the BEST. Thank you so much! Portions were giant. I could have shared with 3 other people.

I have been on an Asian food kick lately so I stopped into the Islander. Very interesting vintage fun vibe. I ordered a variety of Asian dishes which came super quick. I was disappointed but not surprised that brown rice was not available. The food was pretty good but nothing special. Portions were generous. Service was excellent. Prices are competitive. If you go, there is adequate off street parking.

I haven’t been here in a few years, I remember it being better. The food was average, decent prices. The Rice didn’t have much flavor, Crab Rangoon were better. The service was very good. If you’re in the neighborhood then give them a try, but I wouldn’t drive miles to go there.

This past Sunday we had my brother and sister-in-laws baby shower here in the banquet room. The staff was so helpful and really went out of their way to accommodate our choices, both in food and room set up. Renee was especially awesome, super efficient, and could handle anything. Lisa was also so kind and helpful in getting the room open to us early enough that day to decorate. The food was delicious, hot and fresh, and refilled quickly. All the guests couldn't stop bragging, even calling or texting us the next day to say how much they loved the time and the food! The banquet space was perfect and they allowed us to set up all our decorations, to make for a truly memorable event we were so proud of. My brother and his beautiful wife were so blessed by all of it! Will definitely hold more

I got an Uber Eats delivery last night. The food was not very good. They also forgot the brown gravy and did not include any fortune cookies. Everyone knows the real reason to get Chinese is to know your future! Ok I'm kidding, but they did forget the cookies and I ordered a side of brown gravy. I regret not taking a picture of the size of duck sauce and hot mustard you get for $1.80 ea. I have a feeling the food and service may be better dinning in rather than delivery, I guess the world.... May never know... Or I'll actually go there and edit my review someday..one of those 😂
