2-20-26 Checked into my room all looked great until I went into the bathroom and found it not clean trash not emptied and a toilet full of poop... so immediately called down stairs and was told house keeping was gone for the night and the hotel was full so I couldn't even change rooms. I waited until the next day went downstairs and asked for the manager was told they were not there so a supervisor told me she had talked to house keeping and when I see them tell them to come clean the bathroom (not my job) so he came and did a very poor job to where the poop streaks were still visible in the toilet.. They next day I asked about speaking to the hotel manager and once again not there so another. I checked out 2-23-26....Supervisor promised to call me and offer a solution and one was a free

IOC in Boonville is my local casino. This was an overnight stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Brews Brothers restaurant serves good food and drinks. Casino floor is small, but is packed with a great selection of slots.||Going solo to IOC, I have never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. This is a great place to go to.

Payed for two (2) nights in the hotel. Got a rude awakening from housekeeping first morning. I woke to her standing in our room announcing herself AFTER entering the room. Here we are buck naked in bed! Not even a knock! No "do not disturb" sign to be found. Next was a phone call from front desk after falling back to sleep. She tells me we are past our check out time. Told her my husband paid for two nights. She says she will check into that. No call back... and definitely no apologies. RUDE! Husband went to front desk to complain about both rude awakenings. Especially the housekeeper walking in with no knock! Front desk female says "oh, we figured you'd be gone. ". Nothing but rude and they are okay with that. It's not OUR mistake you (front desk) can't get your system together. It is YOU
