Istanbul Cafe - Gyro & Wings

I was disappointed with what the kind of service and food I got here. I was expected pretty good food and good ambience as I saw the reviews, but as I stepped in, the cafe lacked almost all of that. The food could have been way better as I felt it lacked typical Turkish seasoning. Furthermore, the washroom was also very very veryyy slippery, I hope they have solved this issue with the washroom. I think more work needs to be done for better food experiance and the ambience didn't feel like its worth the price. Overall, I would try some other Turkish restaurants/cafes before going here again!

Service was excellent. Food was so delicious we had lunch and dinner there. The Philly had a lot of melted cheese just how I like it. It was also full of flavors. My kid ate all her gyro and hubby had wings for dinner. Will definitely come back again! Easy access from Canal Street. Was not crowded during lunch but packed for dinner. Must try!

This lil place right here is the place to go! Fast and fresh! Unbelievably delicious! Open late is a plus 10/10 gyro a classic hole in the wall vibes loved it

My favorite gyro spot when I’m downtown, especially after a late night. The bread is soft, the meat is seasoned well, & the sauce is the perfect touch. I love this place!

Visited Royal wings for Gyro while at canal street New Orleans.. Small restaurant but absolutely delicious Gyros 🥙 Visited this place twice in 2 weeks .. Very reliable and flavorful for comfort Greek food ! Open till late .! The service was super too 💯 Definitely Recommend it ! Adding on to my third visit - My 10 yr old loved their Philly cheese steak and fries - he says “ it’s the best” so definitely worth it !! Truly a hidden gem 💎
