Italian Soul

Italian Soul was great! We had it delivered and it was fresh and hot! Samuel makes sure everyone gets fed! We had fried pork chops, chicken tenders, fried catfish, spaghetti and all the sides. We also got three drinks and three desserts not pictured (peach cobbler and banana pudding) We are happy and FULL!

The owner and staff were super friendly. Now let's talk about the food. Because of the name I thought this was straight up Italian food. However they have the most amazing grilled grouper. They also have Boston butt pulled pork they can do pig feet and oxtails, the food is very well seasoned. It absolutely was well worth the wait everything in store is made to order So nothing's precooked ahead of time. Be patient, it is well worth the wait. It's been a long time since I went out to eat and it actually tasted fresh.

Thankful that I checked out Italian Soul. It's a mix of fantastic soul food and Italian standards like spaghetti, lasagna, and Alfredo. The owner Chris is super friendly and I haven't had a bad dish yet. You get a lot of food for the money and I really appreciate that. I would say to check out the Mac and cheese, yams, fried chicken, and of course the cobbler. So good!

All of the food was great, just like homemade. The waiter, Leroy, was very polite and attentive. The service was great. Recommend calling order in ahead of arrival because they cook your food fresh when you order. If you order after you arrive you may have to wait for a few minutes because they’re preparing other orders ahead of you. The owner was very polite and friendly as well. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended. You’ll get your moneys worth. Very reasonable prices. 😋
