Italian to Go

We were greeted and served by Chef Danilo who is from Rome and was an exceptional host. The fresh homemade pasta and rich, decadent sauces reminded us of our trip to Italy! We started with a walnut and Gorgonzola salad that had ample quantities of fresh walnuts, a rich and tangy Gorgonzola cheese, topped with a delicious balsamic dressing. Dinner consisted of fettuccine bolognese and a bowl of classic Roman Carbonara. To cleanse our pállate, we sampled a Lemon sorbet swirled with Limoncello. We finished our meal with a chocolate profiterole and an espresso. Molto bene!

Absolutely amazing food! We went for lunch and tried several appetizers and had a dessert. Best eggplant I’ve ever had. Meatballs were hand made with fresh ricotta on the side. I’m not usually a fan of tiramisu but this was next level delicious! I highly recommend that next time you’re looking for some TRUE Italian that you try it here!

From the moment you walk in the door, you feel the warmth of the hospitality and can smell the decadent food from the kitchen. Ilaria and Danilo are the perfect duo, providing the most incredible, most authentic meal. Every course was delicious, service was impeccable and I highly recommend this restaurant. You could taste the quality in all the ingredients, everything was cooked to perfection! Well done! I most certainly will be back.

Best Italian restaurant in SWFL and best Spaghetti alla Carbonara in the US. Authentic flavors and dishes made by an Italian Chef and Italian owner. I've traveled to Italy so many times, have Italian family, and confidently say you will love the food here. Will 100% come back soon.

Heard great reviews so when we were going out dinner with our friends, we decided to try this new restaurant. Make sure you use GPS to find it ~it's definitely worth it! It's Whiskey Creeks hidden gem!! This place is extremely clean, bright and very comfortable. The food was OUTSTANDING! We had the eggplant parm, chicken parm, filet and bucatini (spelling). Generous portions that we had take home boxes for the eggplant and chickrn parm mesls. After dinner, we shared 2 desserts, the tiramisu and another chocolate one. OMG... they were SO good! Owners are extremely friendly and sweet. We enjoyed talking with them about Italy as they are from Rome. Definitely going back again snd again and recommending to everyone. Go and try it out, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
