Ithaca To Go

I appreciate the service. The staff and drivers are often very nice. But almost every single of my 20+ orders has taken over 2 hours. The food is freezing cold, and at that point I'm hungry and mad. Every time I regret ordering, but this is the best use of city bucks.

My order said it was delivered and I was waiting outside the door when it had said so, and I believe my delivery driver had stolen my food. I have yet to receive a refund on that order after emailing and calling multiple times with no answer. I will not be using ithacatogo again despite it being the only way to get food.

During busy hours food will be delayed. As a smaller business they struggle with restaurant backlogs for delivery timing. I do wish it was better communicated what to expect in terms of timing

Didn’t fulfill my order and didn’t answer my phone calls after calling multiple times. Left a message, no response. I ordered for an event and will not be using them again.

Ordered food through Ithaca to Go and while it says was delivered, I never received it. I called for support and it was physically impossible to get ahold of anyone that works there to receive any sort of help with the order. Out $70 and no refund in sight.
