It's In Da Bowl

I ordered on uber eats three times trying to give it a chance. The jerk chicken/ salmon Mac and cheese was horrible. As a Jamaican descendant the seasoning shame our ancestors! It taste like the salmon and chicken was not seasoned at all and was just cooked plain. The Mac and cheese was just cooked pasta and no cheese. I had to put adobo to flavor it.

This jerk chicken bowl is terrible. No flavor. Dry. I’ve never tasted anything so disgusting in my life. Threw the whole plate away.

The first time I ordered it was good on doordash. I went to the location and it was definitely two different recipes. I wasnt pleased with my second experience. They gave me 4 small oxtails, a container full of bland rice, unmelted macaroni, and delicious plantains. It's a no for me on the third visit. The building was cold and damp smelling. I am assuming they probably do more to go orders. $30+ wasnt worth it!

I was reading the reviews before ordering and was still dissappointed. I order my food which took 2hours. When I ordered it was for 3 people. It was nasty, the chicken had no jerk seasoning and burnt. The salmon was very over cooked. The 3 meals i ordered was not goal to all 3 people and a waste of money. This was my first time but I will never return.

I would’ve loved to give this place a great review, the food IS pretty good but whoever takes the orders in the front has horrible customer service. I’ve ordered from this place numerous times and this probably will be the last time. I called to place an order and when I finished placing it he just hung up. Didn’t tell me my total or how long it was going to be so I had to call back and ask. I give it a good 20 mins before I go pickup my order and when I get there the order wasn’t even put in. If you can get over the bad customer service then I say give it a try but I just can’t.
