It's Just Wings

Man oh man. Let's see. I ordered it's just wings for dinner via doordash last night. I got the 16 count bone-in wings for myself and my son to split 8/8 with different sauces. When it arrived, the wings were overcooked and dry. I mean CRUNCHY. They also didn't split the sauces (they just dumped a pile of wings in the box and overly sauced it with Asian sauce). Whatever, I complained and got a refund through doordash for the mistake ($5 was all they gave me back. Doesn't even cover what they messed up). Well my son threw a fit. After eating one wing he didn't like the sauce that they used on all of them. He wanted his sauce that they had forgotten. We wound up throwing the meal away and making box Mac and Cheese.. so to make him happy I ordered wings today. This time we tried a boneless 2

You definitely get what you pay for. Cheap food=cheap quality. Our fries were soggy & the boneless wings were dry & some were chewy/weird texture :/ To be very honest, you could buy frozen wings & make them at home that taste better…The sauces are good though.

Food was disgusting. The chicken was dry and over cooked. And my fries were soggy and salty. Whoever is the cook should be fired. This was the worst meal i ever ate in my life. And I did 18 months in prison before. Ugh!!! Just close the whole damn kitchen down!!!!@@

I have been craving wings so I figured I’d try It’s Just Wings. My purchase was for pickup. I ordered 2-16 count wings. The first was split between Tennessee Hot (not hot at all) and the second was Buffalo medium which looked like a cayenne pepper dry rub and tastes like it. The other order was a 16 count Buffalo Wings that looked ok but had no taste at all. I called and spoke with a Manager that said he could do something if I gave him my email. He wanted me to re-order, I told him no sorry I won’t do that. I will not order from just wings again. First and last time.

In the past, we got boneless wings which were crispy, with plenty of sauce and tons of curly fries. It's been a while since we ordered and it seems things have changed, and not for the better. This time, the boneless wings weren't crispy and appeared to have been warmed in the microwave, there was no sauce, just what appeared to be a dry rub and I guess they dont even offer curly fries anymore. We were so disappointed. They used to have pretty good food. It's a shame.
