Step Into Japan Without Leaving NYC. Private wooden-style rooms and traditional Japanese touches throughout — it really feels like you’ve stepped out of NYC. And the food? Just as impressive. The Smoked Salmon on the Fire arrives dramatically over open flames, adding that unforgettable tableside moment. The Wagyu Foie Gras Uni is served over crisp toast and unveiled in smoke — buttery wagyu, silky foie gras, and briny uni layered together into the most luxurious bite of the night. Pure umami overload. The Jumbo Maruyaki crab is rich and deeply savory, packed with sweet crab flavor in every bite. The Signature Sampler is perfect if you want variety to start. And the creamy Mentaiko Udon is silky, savory, and addictive. Come for the immersive vibe, stay for every indulgent bite. Follo
This place is crazy good. My friends and I ate so much we ended up in a food coma and stomaches stuffed up to the limit that we were about to vomit. The drinks are perfectly made, sweet but not too sweet. The food comes quickly. Maybe 5-10 min or so. The atmosphere is made just like Japan with nice features and nice service. Its outstandingly amazing!
Nice Japanese restaurant with great ambience and decor. I had yellowtail carpaccio, 1/2 dozen raw oysters, and some nigiri (which are sold as individual pieces). It was all very good. The oysters were on the small side, but they were a happy hour special at the bar. Bartender was very nice, but she was pretty busy. I liked the place a lot and will probably hit it again before I leave.
This izakaya spot in Flushing is a great place for late-night eats and drinking with friends! They have some solid BOGO deals for drinks in the evening and a wide selection of food. Service here is nice and pretty quick. The interior is also very decorated and I love how they have different private booths with anime themes for you to dine in. We got their spicy dumplings, takoyaki, yakitori platter, sashimi platter, and truffle fries. Everything was pretty good but the yakitori platter stood out the most. Their takoyaki was also pretty solid as they filled it with octopus. As we came late at night, they had a BOGO hot sake option, which we definitely took advantage of.
Came here with a friend for their birthday and this place absolutely exceeded my expectations. Inside the overall decor and central bar are amazing, and I loved the private dining booths located around the central bar. Great place to come with a date and enjoy some sushi or Korean food. I would absolutely come back to sample more of their menu, and I highly recommend checking out this establishment.
