J. Alexander's Restaurant

We had Mr Jack’s Crispy Chicken Platter, Rattlesnake Pasta and Blacked Sea Bass w/smashed potatoes which we all enjoyed. Everything was flavorful and seasoned well. The ambience was nice and cozy. The staff at the door were welcoming and our waiter Christian was very attentive, friendly and helpful. We capped our night off with these delicious martinis!!! Not too sweet and just the right touch. Thank you, we will be back.

The food was delicious. Our service was not very attentive had to ask other servers for assistance. Overall would definitely go back.

I had the best experience with Anna M. at J. Alexander’s. From the moment she greeted us, she had a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she was attentive, prompt, and incredibly kind throughout the entire meal. This was honestly the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Anna’s positive attitude and genuine care made such a huge impact on our experience. I will absolutely be coming back and requesting her as my server. I truly hope her managers see this and acknowledge her for her outstanding service — smiles the whole time, it was amazing!

Tiana was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, warm, and completely on top of everything. Our drinks never went empty, she anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and her timing was perfect throughout the entire meal. Beyond that, she was genuinely kind and made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Service like that truly elevates the whole dining experience. J. We dined for a dinner date tonight. Nice decor/atmosphere. The food was definitely something to rave about. I had the Cajun Snapper special and he had the salmon. Both were flavorful and cooked just to our liking. Our server was very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable/helpful. When we return we hope to get her again! Thank you "T"!
