Costumer service was good but concerns came from the food quality. I ordered some ribs and they were dry and tasted like they had been reheated. My husband ordered a hot link and flavor was missing. Best item from order was the side a potato salad. Had been to location previously about 2 years ago and can say quality has decreased sadly.

I have been ordering JC’s BBQ (located on Saratoga Ave in San Jose) for decades! I would always get their family bucket meals. They have a menu selection that includes hot-links, chicken, pork, and beef ribs slathered with their famous BBQ sauce. Oh man you just have to try their BBQ sauce. Absolutely delicious! Family bucket meals include pork ribs, half a chicken, a pint of their delicious BBQ beans, a pint of potato salad, green salad and garlic bread. Be prepared to get your hands dirty because their stuff is just super yummy. Hands down 10/10

I keep driving by this place and was curious. It opens at 11. It's a smaller place and their menu is fairly limited. They mainly serve rib meat and they grill it right by the register. I got the 2 beef and 3 pork beef combo dinner thinking I would get brisket. It was 2 beef rib. So total I got 5 ribs for dinner. It included green salad, garlic bread, and a choice of beans and potato salad. I opted in for potato salad. The potato salad was great. The rib are okay. It was lathered by bbq sauce and theyre not as tender as if they put it in a smoker.

Husband ordered and I didn't try but he really like them! Sauce makes the dish for sure! Sides aren't bad, a ton of meat on the ribs, great portions to cost ratio!

My favorite place for BBQ. I love their beef ribs, their salad and dressing, the potatoes salad, the bread, the BBQ sauce, their BBQ chicken. I haven't had their pork ribs because I love their beef ribs so much. I like the owners are so friendly. We've been enjoying their food for over 10 years. They never disappoint. Absolutely love everything about this place. It is small, clean, no restrooms, big tv, and lots of choices for drinks. Definitely worth every penny.
