Jack in the Box

I am so upset to even write this but my husband and I went to jack in the box and the fries were freezer burned with the scent of urine. , I ordered a jr bacon sandwich and it only had the cheese and bacon on it and the jr chicken sandwich I had ordered with no butter sauce add mustard and it only had the mustard and chicken patty on it. I get it, sometimes you run out of ingredients but there was absolutely no communication. We will never go back.

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if you’re expecting quick service. I placed my order through the app at 1:31 PM, and it said my food would be ready by 1:43 PM. However, I didn’t receive my food until 2:10 PM about 40 minutes after placing the order. If you’re in a hurry or expecting your order to be ready at the promised time, this location might not be the best option.

Ordered 3 Jumbo Jacks with cheese one no tomato the one with no tomatoes also had no cheese. Called the store no answer. Also ordered 7-piece poppers and they are overcooked. The cheese is hard n the inside not gooey and soft. Just bad overall for $26…

Ive been to this location many times and they always mess up my order. Most of the time the people in the drive through, dont take the time to even listen to what youre saying. This time they forgot one of my sandwiches. But thats not even half of it. Ordered 2 breakfast combos and they tell us they somehow have only 1 hash brown for breakfast combos. At 8 in the morning. Then we get our food and ask for syrup and they dont have that either. Won't ve back

Went to get the 75th anniversary box for the blind box key chain and the food. Went at 6pm, empty drive through, works for me. Got a bag instead of a box, not an issue, that's OK. Got ice on a diet coke that i specifically requested for no ice, that's OK, I guess I don't need that much soda. DID NOT GET A JIBBI BLIND BOX TOY. SAT IN THEIR EMPTY DRIVE THROUGH FOR 10 MINUTES TRYING TO GET THEIR ATTENTION ONLY FOR THEM TO QUESTION MY ORDER AND THEN PROCEED TO GIVE ME AN OPENED, YES AN ALREADY OPENED BLIND BOX JIBBI THAT WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER, ONE THAT THE STAFF LIKELY OPENED AND DID NOT WANT, WHICH DEFEATS AND RUINS THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. NOT TO MENTION IS INCREDIBLY RUDE. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON MENU ITEMS AND DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
