Jack in the Box

I used mobile order to purchase the BYO munchies and to upgrade from a regular to large fountain drink was .30 extra so I figured the red bull drinks which were $1.50 extra would be large but it was small. The chicken sandwich was very dry and hard to eat. Definitely not as described in the photo where sauce is dripping out. I was very unsatisfied with this meal and couldn't even eat it.

Usually a serviceable but needlessly expensive fast-food option that’s quick. There’s a crew that we could rely on that provided accurate orders and the food generally hit the spot—odd that even needs to be said. But there’s also a crew that routinely screws things up and this last time we went—and this will be our last time for sure—our food was completely inedible or altogether missing to an absurd degree. The bun for my sandwich literally smelled spoiled like urine and my spouse’s sandwich was missing key ingredients.

I dont understand what the big fad is with this place. They have ok food, but its so expensive. However, their desserts are amazing! And their deli is very convenient for a quick bite with pretty good food. Hands down, the best cakes around though! You're just gonna pay for it.

The staff were rude. Fries were rubbery and cold. The chicken burger tasted stale. The protein bowl had no sauce and was missing the beans. Soda was warm, flat, and tasted like they added water to it. There were items missing. Midnight munchies ruined :(

Restaurant said it was open at 1:40 AM, so I made my online order and they charged my card. Showed up to the restaurant 15 minutes later to pick-up....all the lights are one, but no staff anywhere! No answer at the drive-thru, no answer when knocking on the door, no answer on the phone, no signs posted they were closed, just NOTHING. I wasnt the only one; there were two other cars waiting by the front door and another trying to pick up drive thru as well, but no workers anywhere inside. So I guess Jack In The Box is taking money for online orders but not providing service or food that was paid for when customers arrive??? What the hell, Jack?!?
