Jack in the Box

Just ordered a meal on the way for a meeting. Got down the road a ways before I was able to check food. I forgot to order no pickle. As I went to pull the pickle off I found a bug in my sandwich. I called the store to handle the issue and was told to turn around and come back. Advised them of my inability to turn around at this time due to personal matters. There was no apology nor attempt to make it right.

Egg shells in my sandwich! Cut my cheek and throat!!! This is what I was able to spit out, but I swallowed a lot more!!

Don’t order from this store because you won’t get it. And when you call they treat you like you’re a fool. If you choose door dash for your deliveries with YOUR app then set up communication so that YOUR customer gets what they paid for. And train your employees to treat customers with respect when they call. I’m out 43.80

Ordered tacos, fries and onion rings. All the food was cold. It upset our stomach. The only thing good was the drinks. Won't be going back anytime soon to this location.

They left out the bacon on a sourdough jack. Dont know how they messed that up. Had to come back. They kept the old burger, threw it out. By the time i got home all the other food was cold. They werent even mid rush. 👎
