Jack in the Box

I pulled up around 3:30 am. Usually you have to wait a but for your meal to get prepared. Ordered the bacon/swiss/mushroom combo with 3 egg rolls. Only took a couple minutes to get my food should've known something was up. I've never had a problem with this location so I didn't check my food. Got home. No swiss mushroom burger. Single patty with lettuce and tomato...smashed...The fries were ok except for the 2 burned mini tacos packed inside. The picture of the egg rolls speak for themselves. Next time I'll drive the 150 extra feet and go yo Carls Jr. One good thing...the drink was right...🫤

I was very disappointed. The chicken sandwich was dry, the fries were cold and the tacos had little to no lettuce or cheese and cold. This was the worst JIB experience I’ve ever had in 5 states!

Went to this location just 30 minutes ago and the service was horrible. First of all it took forever. I was sitting Iine for about 20 or so minutes. Also was sitting at the window for 20 or so minutes just for the drive thru worker to get my order wrong and charge me for more than I ordered. I had to go back through the drive thru line a second time just to get what I ordered. I don't think I'll ever be going back to this establishment again. Do not recommend.

Every time I go here they get my order wrong 🤦🏽‍♀️ . Today my daughter and I went in and ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and when we got home to eat (5 minutes away from the restaurant) we noticed the cheese on the cheese sticks was melted out of the cheese sticks and hard. The cheese sticks were very hard and when we bit into them they had no cheese.

We went through the drive thru, and we had to repeat our order several times. Which happens sometimes, but we got to the window, and the order was still wrong. The employee at the window said like 2 words to us. Not friendly or service oriented. I was not expecting 5 star service, but this was pretty bad. We got their double and triple burger meal deals. I usually really like Jack in the box burgers, these were meh at best.
