I’ve been here a whole year. Until now for about 2 weeks there’s someone new and been giving such serious face lately. It’s a good place and all but just giving a customer that face then messing up such a simple order or condiments is killing the business slowly. I asked regular mozzarella and I get the spicy one. . She even asked me which sauces and I said 3 bbq. Then I end up with 3 ranches . Didn’t get time to look as I had to get to work. Other than that it’s still good quality food

Totally recommend this jack in the box location! The service was quick and the workers were friendly. The food was fresh and they make the Burgers exactly how we asked. If you want fresh food and quick service come to this location!

If i could give zero stars i would. A employee named Stephanie was having an attitude. She basically threw the tray of food to my elderly mom. That is not profesional that is not customer service. She is getting paid to do a job and make you money not to push customers away. Anyone would be mad if their mom was disrespected while being a paying customer. Even an employee approached my mom and recommended to report her that its not the first time she does it and they are afraid of retaliation from her if they come forward.

Service a little slow in the dining room ordering area but food is fresh and they usually get your order right

Came here on 8/27/25 and drove away with iced coffee which I've been having for years. I noticed it tasted funny when I first sipped but I thought it was just made a little bitter, and because I hadn't had it in a while. I continued to sip on it for 10 minutes, until I realize that it was chemicals that I was tasting. I immediately turned my car around and went back and informed the manager about the coffee. The manager did not care and just gave me a refund. I told him to try the coffee so he can see what I'm talking about, especially because other people will get sick. I don't think he did, and I wouldn't be surprised if other patrons today experienced the same thing if they ordered the coffee.
