Most of the time when I come here the service is always good. Tonight the young lady in the drive thru got upset and gave me a small fry instead of the medium I paid for. She was upset because she wanted me to leave out of the drive thru during rush hour to park in the front. Because she didn't want to mess up her speed. There was no one in the drive thru behind me. I felt like the suggestion was totally unnecessary because I was the only one in line and it would have took a long time to leave the driveway and get back to the front of the store. Anyway I guess since I didn't follow her command she had an attitude. When she gave me my food I said "Thank you". She looked at me rolled her eyes and closed the window. I came to this location and ordered a breakfast jack, kids meal nuggets with water, and was never given my bottled water that I payed for, i had to go back Through the Drive through to get my water and staff rolled her eyes at me, I went back today to order inside, I was not greeted nor were the other customers that were in line, staff working shift between the hours of 5:00 p.m and 6:00 p.m were rude, they simply looked at us and didn't say anything and kept doing what they were doing!! I was upset and ended up going through the drive through...Not to seem rude but Jack needs nicer staff the staff at this location do not make customers feel welcomed
Miguel gave the best customer service I've ever experienced at this Jack in the box. He was willing to go the extra mile for me and my family. Highly recommend him and this Jack in the box!
The food is good if you go and pick it up.Do NOT doordash from j.i.b. because if you do,you will end up with what looks like the equivilent of somebody's leftovers that should have gone in the trash.
Every time I come to this Jack in the box my order is wrong! I add extra ingredients, which they charge me for, and never get it! Can’t get anyone on the phone, whoever the owner is, do better!
