Jack in the Box

My dad was in a bike wreck, chose here because it was 24hrs and needed food. Walked in at 1230am with my brother and sister, and staff was super amazing, and instead of letting us know their dining room was closed, went ahead and served us anyway. Everything was awesome and fresh as well! Thank your night crew for making this stressful time much easier, and sorry for not reading you door posted hours prior.

This is easily the best fast-food option around. The menu beats Wendy’s and McDonald’s, plus they serve breakfast all day. The woman at the weekend drive-thru is always friendly, which really adds to the experience.

Wow! The level of terrible in my recent chicken sandwich was remarkable. Cold, hard patty with solid chunks I couldn't chew. Flat bun. Limp lettuce. Cardboard taste. Legit I'm surprised how many things were wrong with my meal. They would be hard pressed to do worse. My worst burger history just found a new champion.

For fast food, it's decent enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They seem to go out of their way to make sure you're pleased. Reading other people's negative customer service reviews, maybe they changed and their service is better? I don't know, but I had a good enough experience with them.

This place is the worst, constantly get my orde wrong or short me food, never apologetic, always have a attitude like we did something wrong. Dined in and ordered Breakfast Jack with buns so cold and hard I had to say something. Today ordered 3 ct of 6pack tacos (18 tacos total) get home and 6 tacos in the bag, failed to do simple math then have the nerve to get a attitude like a 16yr old pissed off teenager. Never come back, no accountability, Bad attitude managers that passes on to bad attitude employees 👋
