This is how my fries were delivered to me. Absolutely terrible these people clearly do not care about their job at all. I’ll never be ordering from here ever again.

I hate it when i get a super cold chicken or meat patty. I understand that there is rush hours and sometimes you prep ahead. But when you are isolated and no trafgic flow and yet you give out rock hard cold chicken patty's. And this has been multiple times. Its sad and frustrating, then have to turn back around and ask for another which they will just throw back in the fryer to warm it up. Nonsense.

Dr Pepper was absolutely amazing, as was the sour dough jack. However I also ordered the most simple item one could request and a woman named Valeria literally couldn’t get a burger with just cheese and mayonnaise correct. Matter of fact she gave me a reverse order, of a burger with no cheese and mustard. But I must that when she isn’t working this is easily a five star restaurant. I recommend going in the morning when she isn’t there. I still ate it though.

Drive thru service was horrible the girl couldn’t take my order right kept repeating myself over and over, when I got my drinks she tells me to park in the front before I went to park I checked my drinks the sprite was water as if it was out told her to change it to fruit punch so I go park waited for along time decided to walk inside to see what’s going on they had a chaos the lady in the purple way in the back was touching all the food with no gloves😐😐 not going back here really bad experience.
