The teriyaki bowl is not edible. They must have microwaved the teriyaki bowl way too long. I drove all the way back to Ferndale just to realize that I don't have dinner for tonight.
Ordered through the mobile app, went to go pick up, when I got there, they told me “they don’t do online orders” and that I would need to cancel the order. When I asked how to cancel the order, they told me I’d need to call my bank and dispute the charges. So they’re saying that their systems let you order, but wont let you get the order. So now I have call my bank to dispute the charge. Terrible service. Avoid this place, especially if trying to order online.
Was greeted by a friendly employee named Sean who was quick to help me understand the new "Bonus Jack" promo (burger, fries, and drink, for 4.49 ) it was a great deal. If you can live without the fake apples and a toy, this would be a better deal than a Happy Meal! Thanks Sean!☺️
Last 3 times I have ordered the Classic GRILLED wrap and gotten the deep fried wrap. WHY? Newsom believes this type of service warrants pay of $20 per hour. Newsom deserves to have this type of experience. Cant get photo to post.
Food was Good, no one around which I guess was nice...
