Jack in the Box

I go here every so often for breakfast after a long nightshift and normally everything tastes fine and the service is okay. Just your basic fast food experience; however, the last 2 times I have gone the foods taste like chemicals. Like a very bitter unnatural taste. I'm not sure if they are just not cycling there frying oil properly or maybe cleaning next to the food while it's cooking? I unfortunately will not be going back due to safety precautions.

I've been going to this jack in the box for a while now and never has the food been so underwhelming. Burger buns were dry and stale and the breakfast burrito was less than half the size it's been in the past. What happened?!

They gave me a plain hamburger when I payed for a bacon cheeseburger then refused to refund me even tho I was in a hurry, they said they'd only make me another one then asked me to pull around several time while there were zero people behind me in the drive thru. I waited at the window until I saw it come out and by the time I left, there was still nobody behind me. They also asked for the plain hamburger back which isn't sanitary seeing as how I took one bite before I realized.

There was no line inside or in drive-through and they would not let us order several sides of sausage and eggs. My grandson cannot have bread or potatoes for health reasons! We drove to the Jack in Box down the street and they were happy to oblige—-thank goodness! Wake up people —-it’s not rocket science!!!
