Jack in the Box

Ordered my food on line at 9: 33pm They said it would be ready at 9:42pm. Pulled up sat to the window at about 9:43 didn't get my food till 9:58. They had the bag sealed. Got to the home and took out the food and everything was cold and dry as well as almost stail like. Im so disappointed with these lazy people who dont want to drop fresh food. This store is notorious for this at night time. I waisted $26.80 on food that was old and probably sitting. This is ridiculous and un acceptable. Never. Listen people do not go to this restaurant at all.

Atmosphere? It was like a drive through...duh! The food was great! I always get the Sourdough Jack. I got it quickly. The staff was courteous and friendly. The prices are really getting outrageous though! 3 Sourdough Jacks, 1 small fry, 1 small drink - $28!!! Seriously??? My Social Security hasn't changed much at all since I was getting a Sourdough Jack combo meal for 5.79! I used to go to Jack In The Box 5 or 6 times a month. Now I can only afford it once in 5 or 6 weeks! You folks are pricing yourselves out of my business...

Were not happy about our oder and it's not the first time. I'm only posting now cuz this is 3 strikes. We ordered 3 Sourdough Jack meals and it was the most worst sandwich, No tomato, were is my tomato at? Not one of them had a tomato. I was told by the manager that the burger only cones with one patty. Did the party shrink? Where's the beef? The only thing was good was the drinks. The drinks.

Should be shut down honestly. Awful service no matter what day of week or time it is. Literally cancelled my order and it’s been over a month waiting on guest relations to refund me. I haven’t been back since nor will I. The company are thieves. They said I could only accept paper check or credits to come back. Obviously I don’t want to go back so here I am. Time wasted and money stolen. I honestly don’t think a check was issued. Shameful business.

Food is disgusting at this location!! The workers are EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude. I have already contacted corporate to file a formal complaint. The young lady I spoke with should absolutely be fired for her poor behavior and customer service!!! On top of them packing orders incorrectly and the food not being fresh at all!!
